We were honoured here at Stylus HQ recently after being invited to judge in the inaugural Hong Kong Young Writers Awards. It was a first of a kind competition for aspiring young Hong Kong writers to produce a piece of writing in English (with accompanying cover artwork). Although not necessarily known for our wordsmithery, we are always happy to support initiatives that bring more creativity to our fair shores. So we joined the panel of judges (led by Hong Kong literary legend Nury Vitachi) to judge in the cover artwork category. We even had the award named in our honour - The ChinaStylus Art Prize - which we presented at the official awards ceremony.
